making stops in Indiana

We started by celebrating Rachael's Graduation from Purdue! We are so proud of her.
On our Anniversary we passed the same Taco Bell we stopped at exactly 6 years earlier on our wedding night. Why did we stop you ask? After our reception and lots of socializing and dancing we had the late night munchies. So we stopped on the way to our hotel in Indy. It was around the same time, too. Except, this time we had precious cargo asleep in the backseat. I never knew a taco could be so special!! :) Andrew and I had fun reminiscing.

Brant loved swinging at the park with Lanie, Pop, Grandma Ellen, and Gigi.

The grandmas hanging out on the merry-go-round. Where are the kids??!! ha ha

Fun on the slide!

Grandma Ellen pushing Brant and Lanie on the horsies.

We were only in Indiana for 2 days and we got to see Papaw and his crane.

Brant was so happy to see Papaw and was amazed by his big crane.
Aunt Tasha's favorite girl. :)

I was so proud of my nephews and their basketball skills at their Talent Show. I was so thankful I got to be there to see them do their thing!! Seriously, these boys have so much talent! It blows me away!!!!

3 peas in a pod watching the talent show.

Best place to celebrate a great night...Scoops. Lanie and Brant on the train.

Brant kept stealing licks from everyone's ice cream.

I love watching Brant with his cousins. They are so good with him. Brings me so much JOY!

Vacation 2012

We had a wonderful and very relaxing vacation last week in Fort Myers, FL. We stayed in the Boyd condo. Our family was hugely blessed. Here are just a few of my personal favorites. Brant's first reaction to the beach was Priceless! Once he spotted the water, he just stood in awe and didn't move. It was a moment in time Andrew and I will never forget.

Chattanooga

I had never been to Chattanooga before. It is such a neat city. Very different from Knoxville or Memphis. We had a good time tagging along on the Senior Adult trip.
Admiring the butterfly that landed on his arm at the Chattanooga Aquarium.

Chattanooga Choo-Choo
Cheese!! Brant loves trains.

Brant would sign train every morning when we walked outside our hotel.

Shopping for new sunnies since B-man broke mine.

Indiana visit in April

Bye Bye Mommy! Lanie is taking me for a RIDE!
Brant loves to watch Kay-Kay dunk the ball!

Brant getting a much needed haircut by Great Aunt Marla. Adrian wanted a sucker and a haircut too.

Sweet Lilly wanted to check out all the action.

He will hold still for anything if he can have a sucker.

Brant and Cousin Adrian were quite the big buds. They had a lot of fun playing together.

Playing with balls at Grandma Ellen and Pop's house.

We were so glad we got to see Aunt Rach. We met halfway at Terre Haute for the afternoon.

B loves hats, hats, hats.

My sweet blue eyed boy.

We missed Daddy a whole bunch, but we had a great time hanging out with our family that we LOVE so much!
