Today I had a plan.
I was going to be a good wife and water the sod.
I took toys outside for B to play with. I got him all set up with his ball and hoop.
And I got the hose out and started spraying.
Well Brant had different plans....
Lesson Learned...Dirt, water, and mud will always trump ANYTHING I have planned.

Boys, Boys, Boys
We met my oldest brother, Tyson and his family at the half-way point.
The Beef House is a really nice steak house with a great salad bar and yummy rolls.
Someone at the restraunt made the comment, that we had a basketball team. :)
Sure do! And they are all so cute. I told my mom that Brant fit right in with them. Brant had a great time soaking up the boys. Someone was always giggling. Drake thought Brant was really funny!
It was a quick visit, but I told all my nephews I am so glad we did it. I just wish we got to see them more. I love them all so much!
Thanks Ty, Tiff, Dawson, Dieken, Declan, and Drake.

Here Comes Peter cotton tail...
We had so many people stop and swoon over our adorable little bunnies.
I mean it's not every day that you come across such cute little things.
I wonder how many more years they will let their mommies get away with causing so much torture.
For right now....this Momma is enjoying every little minute of it.

1st of Many
Brant had his first "friend" birthday bash to go to this weekend. It was for his good buddy Meyers. When we arrived to the party she walked up to him and said, "Hi Baby Brant." It was so cute. She turned 3. She is such a sweetie pie. Love her and her parents. Her Momma is such an expert party thrower!! I could desperately use her craftiness. And she doesn't even do the Pinterest thing. Gasp! I know. Hard to imagine. She is just that good.
It was a Yo Gabba Gabba theme. Which we know nothing about at this stage, but I am sure we will catch on soon enough.
Brant played super super hard. The hardest he has ever played outside. It was a beautiful day but crazy HOT! He was sweating like a pig and his face got so red. But that didn't stop him for 1 minute.
This was the only good picture I could get of Brant and the Birthday Girl! :)
He was trying to peek through the gate to get a good look at their neighbor's dog barking.
This poor boy needs a dog of his own.
Brant had such a great time at his very first "Friend" Bday Bash!
I love watching my boy grow up.

Daddy's Gobbler
I had one excited hubby this Saturday.
I got a picture text message at 9:58am that said,
"Opening morning gobbler, get B's camo out!!"
So that's exactly what we did. Threw on Brant's camo (which he has outgrown) and snapped some pictures with Daddy's trophy bird.
Brant wanted to touch it, but we didn't want to let him get too close. As you can see from the pictures, he snuck in there a few times. Gotta love boys.

I was so happy for Andrew having a good morning. I know it means a lot to him!
Way to go, Babe.
