Boys, Boys...everywhere!

Brant loved Dawson, Dieken, Declan, and Drake because they were so good at talking to him, playing with him, and wanting to hold him. They would get right in his face and talk so sweet. Brant would smile and get sooooo excited. It was adorable. He is going to miss his cousins.
Day 122: 5/2

First Concert Ever for Mr. B and the best, if I do say so myself. Brant is a big fan of Shane & Shane because that's all Mommy would let Daddy play at the hospital. So he has heard their music a lot! I was so happy because they played the song I walked down the aisle to Andrew at our wedding. "This is the Day" is an amazing song. Andrew wasn't there so I called him and left it on speaker.
Day 121: 5/1

Brant's first visit to Herscher, IL. I loved watching my oldest brother's boys with B. They are soooo good with babies. Aren't they handsome??? Brant has good genes. :) However, I can't believe he is "nakie" in this picture. His cousins look adorable as always, but I guess we snapped this when I was getting B ready for church. Oh well. At least he's not 16 in this picture. ha ha
Day 120: 4/30

(Picture Coming Soon!)
Bethany Girls Get-together! Thank-you Shaya for hosting and having yummy fondue for us all to enjoy! I was the last one of the foursome to have a baby! Poor Adalyn is the only girl out of 5 (soon to be 6) boys. Natalie's Mom, mentioned that when there is a peak in the number of boys born that is supposed to mean that a time of war will be near. Who knows? Maybe. I never doubt God and his plan. I just shared with the girls that I just pray I do my best job at preparing Brant for what God has in-store. Who knows what the future holds but I know whatever it is prayer is the best thing I can do for raising my boy to be a Godly man who fights for what he believes. Please God I pray for your will and protection in Brant's life. Amen.

Day 115-118

Brant's first trip to the famous Fish Stand with Papaw Gordon. It was a big deal because this is where my Dad would take me for our Saturday Morning Dates. I loved every minute of it. Even as I got older. Daddy Daughter Dates are sooooo important to a little girl. Maybe one day Andrew will get to experience it. We'll see what God has instore for us. :)
Day 118: 4/28

Chillin' with Cousin Owen. Owen is a happy boy! He is a few months older than B. At Easter he would just roll and roll all the way across the room! It was pretty entertaining. I am excited about them having each other at Cummings Family Get Togethers! Big Cousin Eden will have to keep them in line!
Day 117: 4/27
Hanging out with Cousin Ezney. She is just 1 week older than Brant. I can't wait to see what they will be doing by this summer. Maybe sitting upon their own???
Day 116: 4/26

Grandma Ellie, Grandpa Ron, and Uncle Luke got Brant a Johnny Jump Up for Easter. He really likes it. I can't believe he is already big enough to sit in it. Funny thing because he just sits - Jumping shall come later.

Easter Festivities

My sweet boys.... I can't resist them in their blue and white seersucker.

I love our little family and the thought of starting our own traditions.
Happy Resurrection Day Everybody!
Thank you Jesus for making a way for us when there was no way!
Day 114: 4/24

The Easter Basket is ready. This basket is very special because Brant will keep it for every year and Aunt Rachael made the liner. I am goo-goo over how it turned out! :)
Day 113: 4/23
Mommy having a little fun with the cutest bunny! ha ha ha

Generations of Friends

We have really enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Copeland really liked holding Brant. I have been friends with Copeland's Mommy since I was a baby because Copeland's Nana and Brant's Gigi were friends since High School. :)
